Mumberes Farmers' Cooperative is an equal opportuinity employer and wishes to employ a results-oriented and passionate manager to steer the cooperative operations to the next level.
Mumberes is working with various development partners and carries out various projects in line with its core mandateof agregating and marketing of farmers produce and handling diverse farmer needs. The manager will be reporting to the board of management from time to time and will be responsible for the daya to day running of the cooperative affairs.

Responsibilities

• Setting and advising the board on strategic plans and annual budget preparations and executions with senior management team.
• Producing monthly and quarterly management reports to the board.
• Authorizing all expenditures before being presented to the board for signing.
• Managing payroll & Staff expenses.
• Developing and managing activites on CRM system.
• Supplying financial information and budgets for grant applications, sponsorship, and other fundraising activity.
• Providing financial information for grants claims and reports.
• Advsing on ticketing and commercial strategies to develop and manage all administrative systems with key tasks.
• Maintainig and developing office systems and procedures using a vaiety of software packages including CRM system.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the cooperative, including coordinatind IT issues, office supplies and filing.
• Managing a range of supplier contracts and procurement and maintaining a schedule of renewal dates.
• Any other duties as assigned by the board.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management, Finance, Accountings or rrelated field from recognized institution.
• At least 5 years working experience in the same role.
• Dairy management Qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 35 years and above.
